Hayes Theatre Company[]
The Hayes Theatre Company production of Ride The Cyclone is slated to open on May 25th 2024[1], at the Hayes Theatre in Sydney, Australia. The production is directed by Richard Carroll, musical direction by Victoria Falconer and choreographed by Shannon Burns. [1]

- This run marks the Australian premiere of Ride the Cyclone, thus marking the first known production outside the United States or Canada.
- Carroll has previously directed shows such as Oklahoma in Perth in 2020 and Godspell[2] for Hayes Theatre Company in 2022.
- Richard Carroll and Shannon Burns have previously worked together on Hayes Theatre's Murder for Two in 2023.
- Victoria Falconer and Richard Carroll also serve as the co-artistic directors of the Hayes Theatre, a position they’ve held since 2022.[3]
- Bailey Dunnage appeared as Aubrey Haive on the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under[4] where he placed 9th overall.
- Karis Oka appeared in the 2019-21 tour of FANGIRLS as Edna
- Mel O’Brien, the female swing for this production was also in FANGIRLS, however in the 2022 Sydney revival.
